Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Job Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, privately held industrial electric contractor. The role requires a hands‑on Project Manager with deep experience in electrical construction, capable of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to secure project success.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  4. Ensure compliance with electrical and construction safety standards, including NEC.
  5. Manage project equipment needs, procurement, maintenance, and logistics.
  6. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  7. Conduct regular project reviews and report status to senior management.
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions as necessary.
  9. Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, focused on electrical construction.
  2. Proven track record managing large‑scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  3. In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and construction management practices.
  4. Familiarity with NEC and other relevant safety standards and regulations.
  5. Strong leadership and team‑management skills, with ability to motivate and mentor.
  6. Excellent project‑management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  7. Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  9. Preferred: degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
