Imperium Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects across Indiana and the Midwest. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and teams, while maintaining safety standards and client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of electrical project management experience within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Experience leading mission-critical, data center, healthcare, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Oversee project teams, including Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement strategy, subcontractor buyouts, contract administration, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NEC codes, project specifications, and company standards.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impacts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through construction/project management software.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships within the Ohio market.

Due to continued growth across Indiana and the broader Midwest region, my client is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects.

The project portfolio includes mission-critical facilities, data centers, advanced technology campuses, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and large-scale commercial developments throughout the Midwest.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing large, fast-paced electrical projects while driving collaboration across field teams, clients, and design partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.

  • Familiarity with Ohio construction markets, contractors, and permitting processes is preferred.
