Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager - Healthcare will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale hospital projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule. This role is suited for individuals with extensive experience in healthcare construction, particularly in managing projects valued at $50 million or more. A stable work history and demonstrated ability to lead complex healthcare projects are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage hospital projects with a budget range of $75-100 million, ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to meet project objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships and providing regular project updates.
  5. Oversee all project phases, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction, ensuring adherence to healthcare-specific regulations and quality standards.
  6. Manage risk assessments, permitting, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  7. Coordinate with healthcare providers, architects, and engineers to ensure that design and construction align with healthcare facility requirements.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the healthcare construction sector, with specific experience in hospital projects.
  • Proven track record managing healthcare construction projects valued at $50 million or more, with $75-100 million project experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (not required but preferred).
  • Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with a base range of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement options, and performance-based incentives.
