Qualifications

• Can be a combination of trade, education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all project aspects and resources.
• Liaise between field and client to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare and track quotes, bids, and change orders promptly.
• Oversee design-build coordination with Engineering and Plan Check.
• Mentor Project Engineer or Assistant PM and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor costs, billing, and cash flow; provide status reports.
