Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
• High level interpersonal relationship skills, strong communication, organization, and technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to ensure safety, profitability, timeliness, and quality.
• Develop new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews and staff.
• Review project documents, plans and specifications, direct construction activities, and maintain client relationships within cost, time and quality constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, interact with crew and customers, and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet project cost, time, and quality goals.
