You will schedule meetings, oversee field teams, and report to the Operations Manager while coordinating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Construction Management, 5 years PM experience in electrical construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with relevant tech.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent studies or experience will be considered.
• Experience: 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred; similar experience will be considered; completion of or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Specialized skills: strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, organizational ability, and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to meet safety, profitability, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Oversee multiple projects, supervise field personnel and crews.
• Project Review: Review project documents, plans, specs, direct construction activities, resolve issues, coordinate field installations and closings, maintain client relationships within cost/time/quality limits.
• Jobsite Visits: Visit various jobsites to engage with crew and customers and promote safety.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project objectives are met within scope.
