Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on project scope and execution. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, manage resources, and develop strong client relationships while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, and quality.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of superintendents, field supervisors, crews, and apprentices.
• Review project documents, plans, specifications, and coordinate field installations; manage costs, time, and quality.
