Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. in Orlando seeks an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical work.

You will lead field crews, manage schedules, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and code requirements. The role requires 7+ years in electrical construction, proven leadership of 6+ crew members, and all OSHA 10 while OSHA 30/Journeyman preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews of 6+ workers in client-facing settings.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and Journeyman license preferred.
• Ability to obtain Florida JLA Badge and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily field activities, manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and project requirements to ensure proper installation.
• Inspect completed work, troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, and ensure projects remain on schedule and meet applicable codes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, owners, architects, other trades, and client representatives regarding field activities and project needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while enforcing company safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and Outlook for project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication.

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical work in the Orlando, Florida market. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting projects for a high-profile, nationally recognized client. The Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring electrical installations meet safety, quality, and code requirements. Because this position works directly within a highly professional client environment, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, strong judgment, and the ability to represent the company well with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience, including at least 2 years in a Site Supervisor, Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience supervising electrical crews of 6+ employees and effectively coordinating work in an active, client-facing environment.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and Journeyman License preferred.
• Must be able to successfully meet all project-specific background, security, and access requirements, including the ability to obtain a Florida JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge.
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication, conduct, and client interaction.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts, including second shift, as project schedules require.
