Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple, potentially large-scale projects in Mesa, AZ. You will set strategies, manage teams, and drive financial performance while serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead safety planning, QA/QC standards, and procurement strategies, ensuring projects meet contract requirements and client expectations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction or data center/mission-critical environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, set strategies, and manage budgets and schedules.
• Mentor PMs, APMs and PE’s; provide escalation for stakeholders.
• Oversee safety plans, QA/QC, and compliance across projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement, RFI and submittal processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to leadership and clients.
