Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Lenexa, KS to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in electrical project management, knowledge of NEC/local codes, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Experience with ground-up construction and design-build delivery methods.
• Proficient with project management software (MS Project, Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, including ground-up and design-build work.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones and financial targets.
• Manage procurement and coordination of electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure timely deliveries and cost control.
• Oversee onsite construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to specification; enforce compliance with NEC and local code requirements.
