Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on ground-up, design-build, and renovation projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, and hospitality sectors.

You will manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, and safety while ensuring NEC compliance, quality control, and client satisfaction, with emphasis on on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience estimating electrical plans and cost estimations; knowledge of NEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Ensure NEC, local codes, and client requirements compliance; manage quality and commissioning.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, design-build teams, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Provide leadership and development for project teams including engineers, superintendents, and field electricians.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and clients; maintain accurate project documentation and as-built records.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and job site safety programs; lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, client presentations, and preconstruction strategies.
