Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Meets position requirements with six years (12,000 hours) of electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium to large-size electrical projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and safety standards.
• Supervise and direct field personnel, often 25+ employees, and motivate crews to meet goals.
• Manage on-site safety, budgets, timelines, and quality; resolve conflicts related to construction activities and personnel.
