Job summary

Denny's Electric, LLC in Dickinson, ND is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to guide industrial and commercial electrical projects from planning through completion. The role is full-time, on-site, with standard hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and documentation, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-project leadership and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to track costs and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical management experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from beginning to end, ensuring milestones are met and customer requirements are satisfied.
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractor scheduling, and material/equipment gathering.
• Manage project budgets, job costs, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and keep leadership informed.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company requirements are met.
