Job summary

Wallace Electric Company is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Project Executive to lead our operations team. The role focuses on overall leadership, strategic direction, financial performance, and execution of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

You will oversee project teams, manage budgets, and maintain safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability, partnering with clients, leadership and subs throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; experience can substitute for degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Experience with large-scale electrical projects ($5M–$100M+).
• Experience with data centers, healthcare, automotive facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial/industrial electrical construction projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and staff.
• Establish execution strategies and operational plans to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage contracts, budgets, forecasts, and major purchasing decisions.
