Gryphon Oakwood seeks an experienced Electrical Project Executive for Hyper-scale Data Center Construction in Portland, OR. This role provides executive leadership and oversight from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across a portfolio of projects.

You will mentor Project Managers, drive profitability, lead risk management, and foster client relationships while collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including leading multiple projects and managing teams.
• Experience in senior management within the construction industry.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with clients, owners, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Set project goals, monitor performance, and align with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in business development, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
