Job summary

Weston Solutions, a premier environmental and infrastructure services provider, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in the United States with leadership experience. You will coordinate project execution from design through construction, develop technical designs, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across assigned projects.

The role requires a PE license or ability to obtain one, with proficiency in CAD tools and familiarity with EVSE, microgrids, and data centers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience.
• Professional Engineer license and multi-state registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience with EVSE, microgrids, solar facilities, or data centers is a plus.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong leadership of engineers, designers, and support staff.
• CAD proficiency and 3D modeling knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, coordinating design scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Develop designs, calculations, specifications, and design QC plans.
• Prepare or check vendor drawings and equipment selections.
• Monitor field investigations and report progress to clients and regulators.
• Mentor junior staff and manage design teams across projects.
• Respond to RFPs with technical approaches and pricing.
