Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to coordinate project execution from design through warranty, leading engineering tasks, calculations, drawings, and QA reviews while supervising a design team across multiple sites. The role requires a B.S.

in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years, a PE license, and the ability to obtain registrations in additional states; experience with EVSE, microgrids, solar facilities, and safety compliance is preferred. Travel to multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer with active NCEES account.
• Ability to obtain registrations in additional states.
• Experience with EVSE, microgrids, solar facilities, or data centers is a plus.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with CAD and 3D modeling tools listed above.
• Knowledge of OHSA safety standards and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution, schedule, budget, safety, and quality from design to warranty.
• Lead planning and development of engineering tasks for proposals and projects.
• Prepare designs, calculations, specs, and Basis of Design for QC reviews.
• Supervise design team and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes, write scopes of work, and manage vendors.
• Respond to client RFPs with technical approaches and pricing.
• Monitor contractor performance and report progress to clients.
