Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to coordinate project execution from design through warranty, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality goals are met. Leads engineering tasks, develops drawings and calculations, and reviews design quality control plans.

Responsibilities include leading a design team, evaluating equipment, and interfacing with clients and contractors. Requires 10+ years, a PE license, and familiarity with CAD tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (NCEES) with mobility to obtain registrations in other states.
• Experience with EVSE, microgrids, solar facilities, backup gens and data centers preferred.
• DoD security clearance required or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction project activities and coordinate with teams.
• Develop engineering calculations, drawings, and design bases of design.
• Prepare specifications, QC plans, and design reviews.
• Draft scopes for bids and manage subcontractors/vendors.
• Support RFP responses with technical approaches and pricing.
