Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar PV, and high-capacity EV charging systems, acting as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.

This role involves developing electrical design packages, leading site technical designs, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in LV/MV power distribution, protective relaying, and distributed energy resource integration.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong focus on safety-by-design and system reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete electrical design packages for BESS, Solar PV, and EV charging infrastructure.
• Lead technical design of DC Fast Charging (DCFC) sites.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and uphold engineering quality standards.
