Job summary

CAM Integrated Solutions is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead end-to-end design, development, and execution of electrical systems for power generation projects, including combined cycle, simple cycle, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

You will provide technical leadership, drive grid interconnection and protection coordination, and coordinate with OEMs, EPCs, and major suppliers through design reviews, commissioning, and performance validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in power generation or energy infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience in combined cycle and/or simple cycle power plants.
• Experience with BESS design, integration, or deployment.
• Proven experience supporting at least one full project lifecycle (design through commissioning).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design and technical leadership across projects.
• Interface with OEMs, EPC contractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Lead vendor evaluations and protection coordination.
• Review drawings, relay settings, and system designs.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and performance validation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive team development.
