Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Preventive Maintenance Electrical Technician to lead and execute maintenance programs for critical electrical systems. You will work on circuit breakers, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution equipment, conducting advanced diagnostics and ensuring reliability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of hands-on maintenance in high-reliability facilities, with experience reading electrical diagrams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade education strongly preferred).
• 7+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance in industrial, commercial, data center, or critical facilities.
• Experience maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting circuit breakers, switchgear, and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for complex electrical systems across the facility.
• Inspect, test, and repair electrical infrastructure including circuit breakers, switchgear, panels, transformers, and PDUs.
• Perform advanced diagnostics: infrared thermography, load analysis, insulation resistance, breaker testing.
