Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing construction activities on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facility environments highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of EPCM/EPC project delivery models.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, construction schedules, change control, and commissioning support activities.

Responsibilities

• Change orders, RFPs, and contract modifications.
• Develop and track project schedules.
• Lead and manage work groups.
• Manage subcontractors and coordination.
• Coordinate equipment start-up and commissioning support.
• Maintain equipment and submittal logs.
• Oversee subcontract scope, gaps and modifications.
