Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead mission-critical electrical construction projects in the Dallas market. You will drive all phases from preconstruction through closeout, mentor project teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on high-profile data center and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading mission-critical, data center, or large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven success managing multiple large projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and executive leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts when needed.
