Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager (Commercial) to lead large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will mentor project teams and ensure safety, schedule, and budget are maintained.

You will coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to drive forecast accuracy, oversee contracts and change orders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
• Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.
