Qualificações

• 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large or complex electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, contracts, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, profitability, cash flow and change orders.
• Oversee project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.
• Coordinate scheduling, procurement, subcontractors, manpower and material deliveries.
• Monitor labor productivity, costs, quality and project milestones, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities and prefabrication improvements.
• Manage client relationships, contract compliance, negotiations and project documentation.
• Lead project reviews, resolve issues and ensure successful project close-out.
