Thomas Young Group is a leading electrical subcontractor in the Seattle area, seeking a senior leader with 15+ years of experience in medium and high voltage commercial projects, especially multifamily or high rise. You will guide on-site teams, mentor crews, and ensure strict code compliance across Seattle and Bellevue projects.

This role offers flexible, hybrid work schedules, a competitive salary up to $170k with bonuses and profit sharing, plus a company car and gas allowance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in medium and line/high voltage commercial projects, particularly multifamily or high rise.
• Strong knowledge of Seattle and Bellevue electrical codes (city environment experience a plus).
• A hands-on leader who can guide teams and keep projects on track.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all projects meet Seattle, Bellevue, and regional electrical codes and regulations.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Support project planning and oversee execution from start to finish.
