Job summary

Ascendo Resources, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead a team of Project Managers and deliver electrical construction for data center projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field activities while building client relationships and guiding project execution.

Candidates with data center experience or large-scale electrical construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Senior-level electrical construction PM experience with P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to lead a small team of Project Managers.
• Experience managing data center electrical construction or large-scale projects (>$60M).
• Owns electrical scope, budgets, schedules, labor planning, procurement, forecasting, and change management.
• Coordinates field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Interprets drawings, specs, and installation requirements for critical power systems.
• Strong communication and relationship management with clients and leadership.
• Excellent organization, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, set priorities, delegate, and drive decisions.
• Oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with field leaders to align manpower and materials.
