Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center electrical construction projects in Atlanta, GA. You will own projects from estimating to delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget alignment while coordinating with clients, field teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in electrical/data center projects, with strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale electrical/IT data center projects.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical distribution and cable systems.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and forecasts.
• Proven client-facing leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale electrical construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop estimates, scopes of work, proposals, budgets, and resource plans.
• Establish schedules, monitor progress, and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Manage financials including forecasting, billing, and change management.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams for delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate procurement activities.
• Conduct job-site visits to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
