Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead electrical deliverables for a data center project in Martindale, TX. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and vendors, guiding design decisions, and presenting progress to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant PM experience.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects including data centers, healthcare or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage project strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Act as Owner’s Advisor with primary responsibility for all project phases.
• Oversee design and construction processes and coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members.
• Guide clients through design/construction considerations and ownership priorities.
• Lead contract negotiation, drafting and execution activities.
• Monitor and report on project budget and schedule to stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultant and vendor selections and RFQ/RFP processes.
