Cumming Group seeks a Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead electrical construction on data center projects in Martindale, TX. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and client relations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 9+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale corporate fit-out, healthcare, data center, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage project strategic plans and program initiatives to meet Owner goals.
• Act as Owner’s Advisor with primary responsibility for all phases of the project.
• Coordinate with Architect, Contractor, and other team members to meet objectives and resolve issues.
• Lead contracts: negotiating, drafting, and executing.
• Monitor and report on project budget and schedule to client and team.
• Lead proposal reviews and vendor selection, including RFQ/RFP processes.
