Altria is seeking an Electrical Equipment Specialist in Richmond, VA to provide electrical technical support for manufacturing operations. You will independently resolve complex equipment issues, develop solutions to meet business objectives, and build capability through training and documentation.

The role requires experience with high-speed packaging equipment, OEM collaboration, and strong computer and CMMS skills. Shift flexibility and a focus on safety are essential.

Competenze

• Associates degree or 5+ years electrical field experience preferred.
• High-speed packaging equipment expertise required.
• Experience with GD, Focke, and Koeber equipment preferred.
• 3–5 years troubleshooting packaging equipment.
• Proficient with office software and CMMS systems.
• Familiar with tests, measurement and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to bend, crawl and climb to inspect equipment.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and priorities.
• Willingness to work other shifts and weekends as needed.
