Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking a Senior Electrical Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee electrical construction activities for utility-scale solar projects, manage the Electrical Team, and ensure efficient communication with project stakeholders. Candidates must have significant experience in electrical construction, particularly in solar projects, and strong Procore knowledge. This position also requires familiarity with MV and LV electrical systems, OSHA certifications, and may involve travel to project sites.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in electrical construction, preferably in utility-scale solar projects.
Strong understanding of MV and LV electrical systems.
In-depth knowledge of Procore and strong working knowledge of NEC, NESC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E.
OSHA 30 required; Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight of electrical construction activities across solar projects.
Support procurement planning for electrical materials and equipment.
Maintain knowledge of Procore for project management.
Develop and manage the Electrical Team.
