Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of NPI experience for PCBs/PCBAs including design, supply chain, manufacturing, inspection, and testing.
• 5+ years of DFx reviews for electrical or avionics designs to ensure cost, producibility, inspectability and conformance.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, processing, and materials knowledge in a safety-critical environment.
• 2+ years of CAD/PLM software experience (e.g., Altium, NX, Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Produce, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain Reliable‑designed electrical or avionics assemblies, including PCB/PCBA and HITL equipment.
• Source, qualify, and troubleshoot electrical or avionics products; conduct DFx reviews and scale processes.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed producibility and compliance across development stages.
• Lead creation and enforcement of NPI frameworks and technical review methodologies.
• Represent the production organization in design reviews and partner with engineering to optimize cost and manufacturability.
• Ensure product and process quality via design-for-test reviews and validating capabilities.
• Establish technical readiness criteria, risk assessments (DFMEA, PFMEA), and validation strategies.
• Develop quality control plans and inspection infrastructure.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to meet requirements for manufacturing, testing, quality and reliability.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.
