Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Production Assembly Technician in Huntsville, AL to support complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical assembly operations in a production manufacturing environment.

The role performs assembly, inspection, rework, repair, machine setup, preventive maintenance, material receiving inspections, documentation, and workflow coordination under minimal supervision, with opportunities to present data and resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of related production, assembly, manufacturing, inspection, or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may include vocational school or associate degree with 5 years, or bachelor’s degree with 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Inspect assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and incoming materials according to procedures.
• Perform complex rework, repair, and modification of parts and assemblies.
• Document inspection results and update work status documentation.
• Perform complex machine setup activities using required machine inspection checklists.
• Conduct periodic maintenance on production machines and tooling.
• Assemble, prepare, and deliver production kits.
• Perform receiving and basic inspection procedures for incoming materials.
• Present statistical production and quality data to the team to support analysis and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to establish work priorities, maintain workflow, and resolve production issues.
• Work independently under minimal supervision while supporting production requirements.
