Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–4 years electronics assembly or repair experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and follow controlled processes.
• Basic soldering proficiency and ESD awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electromechanical assemblies.
• Perform IPC-compliant soldering and rework on PCBs and wiring harnesses.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools for testing.
• Read schematics and engineering docs; document results in ERP/MES.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas per 5S/lean practices.
