Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is hiring an Aerospace Assembly Technician in Heath, Ohio to support aerospace manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing activities.

This role covers disassembly, fabrication, modification, repair, validation, and verification of aerospace systems and components, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical subsystems. Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools, be able to follow work instructions, and be willing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience with tools and following work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals as needed.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance post-start.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with disassembly of aerospace systems and components to correct failures or implement modifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to isolate faults and support component repairs.
• Perform validation and verification testing of aerospace systems and components.
• Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Support the safe handling of aerospace vehicles, including jacking, towing, and system operations.
• Perform assigned aerospace assembly, maintenance, testing, and modification tasks under supervision.
