Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum three (3) years of work experience in electrical component manufacturing or testing.
• Or Associates/Technical degree with minimum five (5) years of work experience in electrical component manufacturing or testing.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing cells for electrical components and sub assemblies.
• Manage process documents, tooling and test equipment for production and development hardware.
• Drive FPY and OPE improvements.
• Provide safety, ergonomics and MOC activities in support of site goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address non-conformances and yield issues.
