Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical assembly and industrial equipment integration.

• Proven ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and engineering docs.
• Deep knowledge of NEC standards and LOTO safety procedures.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical assembly projects from start to finish with planning and execution.
• Oversee field installations, startups, and service centers; travel up to 15%.
• Provide scheduling guidance and allocate resources efficiently.
• Review complex schematics for accuracy and identify issues early.
• Troubleshoot wiring and systems and support commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards including LOTO and NEC.
• Drive process improvements to raise quality and safety across projects.
• Mentor junior assemblers and develop team capabilities.
• Support on-site installations and customer-focused initiatives as needed.
