Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or panel building.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with LOTO and NEC safety standards.
• Experience with forklift and scissors lift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control systems, and equipment per drawings.
• Install wiring, conduit, and related hardware.
• Perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Identify design or process improvements to increase build efficiency and reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including LOTO and NEC compliance.
