Job summary

You will guide technicians, review installation designs, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliant documentation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must lead design and fabrication of wire harnesses/cables.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting and developing engineering drawings.
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting with meters and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a lab environment.
• Experience coordinating lab activities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, maintains, and releases electrical/ mechanical drawings and data.
• Uses design tools to document configuration design control and updates.
• Coordinates laboratory activities including maintenance, repairs, and training.
• Leads the development and review of installation and part designs.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities with internal partners and suppliers.
• Reviews and oversees work to ensure consistency and quality.
• Works independently, providing technical leadership to technicians.
