Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Sr. Electrical Integration Engineer to own the electrical infrastructure for the Vehicle Test Bench and Flatsat, integrating flight hardware, simulators, and EGSE.

You will drive design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test feedback to ensure scalable bench architecture. You will verify interfaces, manage power distribution and grounding, and maintain wiring documentation while coordinating across mechanical, electrical, and test teams to support high-rate production

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ICDs.
• Hands-on experience with harness fabrication and rack wiring in production or lab.
• Experience integrating flight hardware, simulators, EGSE, and bench hardware.
• Ability to provide DFM/DFT feedback to design engineering on testability and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design and install rack wiring, cable harnesses, and signal routing for VTB and Flatsat.
• Maintain as-built wiring documentation and interface control with ICDs.
• Integrate flight hardware, simulators, EGSE, and breakout boxes into the bench.
• Verify power distribution, grounding, and shielding per standards; support power budget validation.
• Provide DFM/DFT feedback and coordinate with Electrical Engineers on interfaces.
