You will work with a multidisciplinary team to identify origin and root causes and support clients through complex decisions and litigation.

You will investigate failures, evaluate design and maintenance procedures, and prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience; PE licensure or intent within 12 months.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (25–30%).

Responsibilities

• Investigate electrical failures, defects, or damage in industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
• Determine causes of electrical system failures and assess design/construction quality or maintenance procedures.
• Lead field investigations and document property damage for multi-party examinations.
• Collaborate on large, complex projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Provide deposition and expert testimony in product liability cases for civil, federal, and occasional criminal matters.
