Job summary

Southern Integrated Solutions and Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with 10+ years of electrical work and strong project leadership. The role supervises electricians on site, coordinates activities with project managers, and ensures safety and quality on active job sites.

A valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Louisiana or Texas is required, with willingness to work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Louisiana or Texas.
• Ability to read AFC drawings and specifications and guide the crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and helpers on site, overseeing daily activities and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Plan and execute electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for facilities projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to review AFC drawings and determine work requirements.
• Review blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents; provide guidance to team.
• Install, repair, and maintain power controls, outlets, panels, and wiring.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems using test instruments.
• Maintain records of progress, labor, and material usage; report to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce safe practices per NEC/OSHA.
• Mentor less experienced electricians and foster teamwork.
