Job summary

A-1 Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Louisiana seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crew teams and manage medium to large commercial projects. You will oversee electrical installations, coordinate with trades, and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and local codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience running medium to large projects with crew management.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret NEC/local codes.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide crew members and supervise daily work.
• Run medium to large commercial projects and coordinate trades.
• Install electrical systems per blueprints and NEC.
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade electrical equipment.
• Conduct testing and inspections of electrical systems.
• Enforce safety guidelines and PPE usage on site.
• Communicate progress with project managers and contractors.
