Qualifications

• Five+ years as Electrical Foreman on multifamily or commercial projects.
• Ability to plan field activities and assign work by priority.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Effective communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on multifamily new-construction projects.
• Plan daily field activities and assign work based on project priorities.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and schedule performance.
• Install and oversee electrical distribution equipment and panels.
• Coordinate conduit installations and lighting systems.
• Oversee wiring systems and low-voltage installations.
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting, and devices.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with project leadership and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers in the field.
• Identify material and manpower needs to protect schedule.
