Job summary

BigFoot Staffing is seeking a Licensed Electrical Superintendent for multifamily construction projects in the Willamette Valley. You will oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality, and manage crews across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and budgeting skills, with a current Oregon electrical license. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon electrical license
• Significant electrical construction leadership experience
• Experience overseeing multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects
• Ability to supervise multiple crews or projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, and jobsite safety
• Experience managing labor, materials, equipment, inspections, and budgets
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and manage field personnel, processes, tools, and equipment
• Ensure electrical installations meet project scope and codes
• Train and develop foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and laborers
• Coordinate installation activities with other trades and building systems
• Plan all phases from initiation through completion
• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress
• Request purchase orders and monitor equipment and materials
• Provide field updates and daily reports
