Jobot is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Columbus, OH to lead field crews on large-scale commercial and healthcare projects. You will direct 5+ electricians, ensure installations follow drawings and codes, and maintain a sharp focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees.
• Strong background in large-scale electrical construction.
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, data center, and/or hospitals/healthcare projects.
• Healthcare and/or data center project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Proven field leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred; opportunity to obtain after joining.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Motivated, collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews of 5+ electricians on large projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and production.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and codes.
• Maintain project schedules and productivity expectations.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor workmanship and quality throughout installation.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• Mentor and develop electricians and field personnel.
