Qualifications

• Must have a valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License (EL01 or higher, such as a Master Electrician).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the electrical trade, industrial or refinery maintenance experience with extensive prior experience as an electrical foreman.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the national Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington electrical laws.
• Knowledge of industry hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise foreman and electrical crews.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate and repair issues.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards and compliance with codes.
• Plan layout and installation of wiring based on job specs and local codes.
• Maintain current electrician's license to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work well with others and mentor junior staff.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by construction management.
