Job summary

Matrix Service Co is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician Foreman for their operations in Emporia, Virginia. This role involves leading the installation and repair of electrical systems in industrial settings, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience, good leadership skills, and must be able to pass the Craft Skills Test or hold an NCCER certification. Training and safety protocols will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of refinery maintenance or construction experience is required.
• Must have a valid electrician’s license.
• Must pass Craft Skills Test at or above 70% or have NCCER certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Oversee and assign tasks to a crew of electricians.
