Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems on project sites. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while managing crew of artisans and interfacing with the project team.

The position requires up to 50 hours/week, frequent travel to job sites, and a focus on production efficiency, documentation, and adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in electrical foreman role.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Preplan daily activities and coordinate crew productivity.
• Supervise and evaluate crew performance; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure equipment readiness.
• Complete project reports (ESR, Safety, Daily Reports).
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice and support Superintendent.
